She earned her medical degree from Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Medical Faculty and completed her residency at the University of Minnesota Medical Center.

Dr. Samuel Luka is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery. He completed a fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He earned his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine and completed his residency in general surgery at George Washington University.
