We are a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living community dedicated to serving our residents with a culture inspired by our Christian values. Founded in 1967, Leonardville Nursing Home provides a range of rehabilitation and health care services. It operates various nursing care facilities that include more than 55 beds, over eight apartments and garages. Chapman Valley Manor is a nonprofit, community-based nursing home that provides long-term care services to the senior citizens.
