Premier Plastic Surgery was incorporated in 1989. Dr. John B. Moore is the founding partner of PPS. Doctors Brad Storm and Federico Gonzalez soon joined the practice to form the largest group of Board Certified Hand Surgeons in the Kansas City area. Premier Plastic Surgery surgeons offer a wide-range of specialty care ranging from elective cosmetic procedures, plastic reconstructive surgery, surgery of the hand, and now treatment for migraine sufferers. PPS has an on-site med-spa with two highly trained aestheticians.
