Mark L Wellemeyer, MD

C. Eric Shrader, MD, practiced as a full-time ophthalmologist for more than 35 years, providing medical and surgical glaucoma care and cataract and implant surgery for thousands of patients in the Wichita region. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas. Following a residency at the University of Iowa, he completed his fellowship training at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. Dr. Shrader officially retired in December 2016 from his longtime glaucoma practice, but continues to assist Grene Vision Group surgeons with follow-up care for cataract patients.

Dr. Mohamed “Mo” Roshdi Mohamed is a triple fellowship-trained, American Board–certified ophthalmologist. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed residency at Baylor College of Medicine. He completed fellowships in Vitreoretinal Surgery, Cornea & Refractive, and Glaucoma at UT Southwestern and holds a doctorate in sports rehabilitation from Columbia University.

Dr. Mark L. Wellemeyer, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist with special training in cataract and implant surgery, and laser vision correction surgery including LASIK and PRK. He has performed more 10,000 LASIK surgeries since 1996. Wichita LASIK surgery at Grene Laser is performed utilizing the Alcon Wavelight laser for the vision correction and the AMO IFS laser to create the bladeless flap, providing you with the best possible vision.
