Founded by Tim Thibodeaux in memory of his late wife Madeline, Maddy's Pub pays homage to the origins of the Fitzpatrick Hotel and the couple's dream of restoring and revitalizing downtown Washington. Inspired by the pubs of the UK and Ireland, Maddy's Pub warmly welcomes both the local community and hotel guests to enjoy a memorable dining and drinking experience.
