Rude and unhelpful customer service. I asked for their supervisor and was told they were the supervisor. They refused to assist or to provide any other party with which to help me with my needs.

I tired a different mask, did not like it; so when I ordered new supplies July 25th I asked specifically to go back to the previous mask before I switched. Didn't happen, as I got the same mask....

They brought the needed equipment (o2 concentrator) and billing was consistent. However. If you want to cancel the service...or return equipment after death..beware! We were on hold for over 5...
