This is an excellent bank. Banked there since 2014 and never had issues. My questions were always answered right away and they always answered the phone when I called. Small town bank mentality...

Good people but their technology and web interface for loans is clunky and it is hard to successfully automate payments. Feels like the 90s.

STAY AWAY! Worst bank in the state of KS. They will charge you $30.00 fees if you overdraft your account regardless if deposit money in the account same day or not. Very unpleasant experience....
