The Northwest Branch YMCA is one of the locations of the Greater Wichita YMCA, which is a nonprofit organization that provides child care solutions in Wichita and surrounding communities in Kansas. It offers group exercise classes in yoga and Pilates. The organization also administers the Arthritis Foundation YMCA Aquatic Program (AFYAP), which is an exercise class for ambulatory individuals with arthritis. The Northwest Branch YMCA conducts cardiovascular work, aqua sculpting and stretching sessions. In addition, the organization administers the Northwest YMCA Climbing Wall program for children, families and groups. It features gymnasiums that host youth and adult sports classes and birthday parties.

The "family" locker rooms don't have heat or multiple bathroom stalls. so after swimming our 1 and 2 year olds are FREEZING. I took them to the women's locker room to change in a heated area and...

Great walking track and workout areas. Spacious hot tub, pools and a water park not to mention the dry sauna and steam sauna are larger that other locations. Rock climbing wall and kids areas....
