I am a full-time Realtor with ERA High Pointe Realty. I am a graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. After college, I decided to make Manhattan my home and have been a Manhattan resident since 2000. I gained my first years of experience in the real estate field by working as a Licensed Realtor Assistant to a Broker, then moved on to become a successful agent on my own. Having a background in retail sales, I understand and value the importance of customer service and I'm highly motivated to provide my customer/clients with outstanding service. I am a full time Realtor with over 12 years experience and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), which is an earned real estate designation. I specialize in residential, new construction, First-time home buyer, buyer/seller representation. My expertise is working with first time home buyers and military clients. I have a strong understanding of VA and FHA home loans as well as conventional financing. I will take the time to walk you step-by-step through the purchase process. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and my state of Kansas (KAR) and local Manhattan association (MAR). I am a member of the Manhattan and Junction City MLS, which gives me the ability to search, show and sell properties in Manhattan, Wamego, Riely, Ft.Riley, Junction City and surrounding areas.
