n late August 2018, Ky Kanaman and his Wife Nicole were seriously craving some ice pops. Like Bad. Not the sugar water popsicles at the store, but the fresh all-natural fresh-fruit pops they enjoyed regularly when they lived in Dallas. Ky told his colleague Marshall Stula that he was going to Dallas that weekend to get some ice-pops and encouraged him to come along. Marshall thought that was crazy, but after a couple days relented and came along (partly because he wanted to try What-a-Burger lol). After eating about 20 ice pops and having 8 brain freezes in a single day, Marshall was convinced (and full). And after a couple drinks that evening, they came up with a crazy idea--They could bring these Gourmet Ice Pops to Kansas City. The following Monday Ky and Marshall both put their 2-week notice as fulfillment center managers (sorry grandma!) and started learning as much as they could about making gourmet ice pops. KC Pop Co. is hand-crafting a fresh experience one small batch of Ice Pops at a time. We work hard to find fresh and local ingredients whenever possible. We worry about what is in our Ice Pops so you don't have to. Come experience fresh and bring out your inner-child! We provide single servings, Ice Pop packages, and event catering. You tell us when and where, and we will be there serving pops (or will have the pops ready for pickup at our shop). Events are not confirmed until you have spoken with someone from our shop.
