After several successful years in real estate Paul Holland decided to create a team to better serve his clients. In 2013 the KC Metro Team LLC was created and both Nancy and Sarah joined. Nancy was raised in the Olathe area and is fluent in Spanish while Sarah joined the team with a background in new homes construction.

We also help sellers with an aggressive marketing plan that showcases their home and ensures it gets seen by the most people it possibly can. Our listing service includes professional photography, a staging consultation, a pre-inspection, a home warranty during the entire listing period and a free mobile closing service that works nights, weekends and will go to you for your closing.
