The gal working here was so rude, hung up on us and was no help. All we wanted to do was change our order from delivery to pick up and she was yelling about how busy she was.

This is the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Sandwich looked like it was made by a 3 year old. The workers here do not care at all. Don't waste your money here, go to a different Jimmy Johns.
