Dr. Stepheny Berry is a double board-certified surgeon who specializes in trauma, surgical critical care, emergency general surgery and general surgery, collectively known as the specialty of acute care surgery (ACS). Dr. Berry is a member of the acute care surgery team at The University of Kansas Health System in Kansas City. The surgeons of the ACS team work with students, residents, fellows, nurse practitioners (NPs) and physician assistants (PAs) to provide comprehensive trauma and surgical care to patients who may arrive to the hospital through the Emergency Department or are met by our comprehensive surgical care team for elective general surgery. Dr. William Wallisch is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology with a subcertification in critical care medicine. He completed a fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Mark A. Wiley, MD, is an interventional cardiologist at The University of Kansas Hospital and an associate professor at the University of Kansas Medical Center. His clinical focus is interventional cardiology, structural heart disease, including TAVR (transcatheter aortic valve replacement) and MitraClip for mitral insufficiency, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and alcohol septal ablation, as well as peripheral artery disease and peripheral vascular. Dr. Wiley completed his undergraduate work in biology/molecular genetics at the University of Kansas, Lawrence. He received honors in medical pathology.
