Diagnostic Imaging Centers, also known as DIC, is a medical imaging practice that offers a range of outpatient radiology services. It handles more than 180,000 patient exams every year. The practice provides breast imaging, computerized tomography, bone densitometry, X-ray, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and nuclear medicine services. Diagnostic Imaging Centers also offers arthrograms, venograms, hysterosalpingograms, sonohysterosalpingograms, coronary calcium scoring and cardiac angiography. It participates in health care plans from various insurance companies, such as Anthem, Beech Street Corporation, Blue Shield of Kansas, Capp Care, First Health, Family Health Partners, Medicare, MedSolutions and Mid America Health. The practice is certified by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. Diagnostic Imaging Centers maintains a location in Leawood, Kan.
