Horizons Mental Health Center

The Center for Counseling and Consultation is a licensed, community-based behavioral health center, located in Great Bend, Kan. The center offers its services to a wide range of clients, including children, adults, youth and seniors. It offers a wide variety of services, including marital counseling, psychotherapy, domestic violence and anger management, psychotropic medication evaluations, sexual abuse treatment and counseling. The center also offers supported employment services, assessment and treatment for alcohol and drug abuse, screening and referral for inpatient care, community planning and development and 24-hour crisis intervention. It offers consultation services to individuals, schools, social service agencies, child and youth agencies, businesses and nursing homes. The center also offers educational services to churches, schools and civic groups. It organizes community support programs for adults and children.
