First Busey Corporation is a financial holding company. It has two wholly owned banking subsidiaries with locations in three states. Busey Bank is headquartered in Urbana, Ill., and has more than 20 banking centers serving Illinois, a banking center in Indianapolis and a loan production office in Fort Myers, Fla. The second banking subsidiary, Busey Bank N.A., headquartered in Port Charlotte, Fla., has more than 10 banking centers in the state. The banks provide various services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, safe deposit boxes, ATMs at select branch locations, revolving credit arrangements, inventory and accounts receivable financing and mortgage loans. First Busey s third subsidiary, Busey Investment Group, specializes in asset management and trust services and is also a provider of personal insurance products.
