History

Evolution began in 2014 owned and operated by Michelle Arnett and Catrina McNary. Together they have over 20+ years of experience combined in early childhood development, recreational & competitive gymnastics, and child psychology. They started Evolution in hopes to share the wonderful sport of gymnastics and to also instill every day life lessons in all athletes of all ages. They believe each athlete is capable of great things and can do anything they dream or wish! Coaching athletes to their own personal athletic ability is something our business strives for to make sure all athletes are successful in their own way! Specialties

We offer premium classes in competitive & recreational gymnastics, tumbling, and cheer from 6 weeks old to adults. We also provide a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for open workouts (open tumble/gymnastics or fun time in the gym), clinics, and special events such as birthday parties, parent night out, and lock-ins (sleepovers at the gym).
