Came go pick my rental at 5:30. While they saw me walk towards them, the two girls that work there turned off the lights, lock the door and decided to not acknowledge me. Horrible customer service.

Rented a mini van in the beginning of July and it was dirty inside and out. I had to vacuum and wash it myself right after I picked it up. Then they charged $68 on my card in August and September...
