Elderslie Farm celebrates the Kansas land in several ways... FARM TO TABLE DINNERS (elegant seasonal multi-course dining) on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays throughout the year (reservations required). The CREAMERY SHOP is open Tues/Wed/Thur 8-11 AM; Fri/Sat 8-1:30 pm for artisanal cheese, gelato, bread and accompaniments. BRAMBLE CAFE is open on the patio Tues/Wed/Thur 8-11 AM and Fri/Sat 8-1:30 (no reservation). BLACKBERRY PICKING takes place roughly late June to mid-July (by reservation). ELDERSLIE WOODWORKS specializes in the milling and/or finishing of native Kansas species, including live edge black walnut. (The Woodworks retail shop is open by appointment at 351-2250.)
