Was not expecting to find many good options in Elkhart, Kansas, nonetheless Mexican food. However, this place proved to have authentic fajitas and I appreciated the addition of the jalapeños.

LOVED our Caldo de Camaron! (Yup, shrimp soup in the Panhandle. Who'd a' thunk it?) Barebones interior. (Yeah. You're there for the food, not the decor.)
