My polo shirt ($15) was 50% off. The sales area was nicely done, with a good selection. The service at the counter was helpful and somewhat friendly. Overall, very nice.

Tried to exchange a coat that was purchased just a month ago that was starting to tear in the armpit. Sales associate didn't care, wasn't helpful and refused to help.
