I was overcharged one day, not charged the next for the exact same service. Apathetic to physically hurting me while taking off my polish. Overall, customer service was terrible. Never again.

I went in for a fill and was there almost two hours when I was the only one there! The girl was very friendly but very slow. I got gel nails and within a day, the gel started peeling off, 4 days...
