Culinaria Mediterranean Kitchen, founded by long-time Lawrence residents Aaron Pillar and Regan Lehman Pillar, originally began as a catering company in 2009 and evolved into a vibrant weekend restaurant in the fall of 2017. Located in a historic building that once served various purposes, including a horse stable and butcher shop, Culinaria offers made-from-scratch Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and thoughtfully curated wines.
