History

Eldred & Jo Ann Lewis started the business in 1965 as Lewis Heating & A/C. Located at 202 S Broadway in Larned, they offered quality Maytag, Motorola TV's and Coleman Heating & A/C as well as service on all brands. In 1971 they relocated to their current location at 622 Topeka street. In 1977, Their son, Steven Lewis started with the business as a HVAC serviceman. Steven bought the business from his parents in 2008 and changed the name to Comfort Systems Inc. to represent the evolving focus on comfort and energy savings. Steven is a State of KS licensed Mechanical Contractor and Plumber. He has been trained as a Home Energy Rater and is a member of Refrigeration Service Engineers Society since 1992. Steven is also NATE Nort American Technician Excellence in Duct installation and Air Distribution. --- All of this is to provide our customers with the best solution to their energy and comfort needs while enjoying the safety and security of a well designed home.

Specialties

We provide quality Installation of Heating & Air Conditioning Equipment by performing Load Calculations, Blower door tests and energy audits. We test before we suggest. We offer options to our customers before they choose a system and back their decision by guaranteeing our work and products.
