Dr. Diane Cibrik is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine with a subcertification in nephrology. She completed a fellowship at Case Western Reserve University Hospitals Case Medical Center. She earned her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University and completed her residency at Case Western Reserve University Hospital of Cleveland. She believes patient care comes first. She treats patients as if they were her mother, father, sister or brother.

Dr. Alykhan Nagji is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. He completed a fellowship at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He earned his medical degree from The University of Texas Southwestern School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Virginia Medical Center.

Dr. Arnold Chonko is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine with a subcertification in nephrology. He completed a fellowship at Ohio State University Hospitals. He earned his medical degree from Ohio State University and completed his residency at Ohio State University Hospitals. Dr. Chonko is interested in halting the progression of renal disease in chronic conditions, such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, renal vascular disease and vasculitis. Dr. Chonko wants to provide personalized care with attention to detail and close follow up. He wants his patients to have ready access to care in person and by telephone follow-ups.
