Ever since Captain D's reopened since it was rebuilt from the fire it was very very busy for about a month. People would be lined up in cars clear around the building and a lot of the parking lot...

At our Kansas City, KS location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

Absolutely delicious! Will be ordering more from now on! I got a combo of 2 fish and 6 shrimp I think. Was super delicious. I love the tartar sauce, honey mustard and cocktail sauce.

I love Captain D's, but this restaurant location definitely needs some improvement. Not only were they out of plastic forks, but in the women's rest room there was no toilet paper and no paper...
