As an athlete herself, Dr.Lisa Vopat, sports medicine specialist, understands what it takes to care for patients eager to return to play and believes in individualized care and being accessible to her patients throughout their recovery process. She treats injuries in pediatric and adult athletes in all sports. Dr. Vopat is certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine with a subcertification in sports medicine. She completed a fellowship in sports medicine through Harvard Medical School at Boston Children's Hospital. She earned her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed her residency through Brown University at Rhode Island Hospital.
