With the terrible reviews I think they are improving in many ways. The customer service was mediocre. More like a bunch of inexperienced highschool kids. They could use a little guidance though....

Dirty, slow, expensive. Only 2 employees working very hard but can't keep up. Two adult and two children's meals over $40. Been here for 40 minutes and still don't have our meals. Run away!

I understand things are difficult during COVID. However, that is no excuse for incompetence. My order was taken for an impossible burger which in my experience is second only to the Whopper....

Why ask me if I want ketchup and u don't put in the bag, this has happened several times, fries taste like they were reheated and soaked in grease
