Brooks is a great value for the price. If you want a new motel you'll pay a new motel price. For $51 a night you get a comfortable bed a clean room, breakfast and great service. The folks running...

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Price was very good. One thing that was bad was the heater. It was a VERY cold weekend and the heater barely got the room to a comfortable temp.
