HistoryIn 1988, I completed school for HVAC/Solar. I then got into apartment maintenance. From there, I went into servicing 2,500 units/houses/apartments. I got into remodeling large apartment complexes. I started advertising in 1997 in the Yellow Page ads. With the liability insurance that I was required to carry for working on these properties, I decided to get my builders contractor's license for building codes, city and national license, and carry a BNC license. From there, I went on to remodeling homes and commercial business properties, from single to multi-dwellings, and commercial building up to three stories. From there on, I have received many inquiries to do custom projects, and I didn't turn away the challenge. As of today, I have mastered my profession.
