The friendliest and most competent bank manager and staff I've interacted with. COVID has been so weird and they've worked so hard to stay open and up to date with new banking loans and info.

For neighbors who are trying to do walk up banking at Bank Midwest at 87th and Lackman, forget it. My husband tried to make a deposit yesterday, but was bluntly told he could not make a deposit....

This bank is pitiful. I closed all my accounts and moved on. Poor customer service. I've banked here for years but no more.

horrible customer service. there was a banking error on their part, they agreed it was their error. they said to file dispute and it would be resolved in 5 business days. it didn't matter...
