Autumn Heating and Cooling started in the spring of 2009 when Autumn Fitzgerald left a larger, well-known company with the intent of providing a more honest, personalized services at a more affordable price. Soon after, she met Keith Barker, the owner of K-Bar Sales and Services, who was 76 years old and looking to retire. He took a liking to Autumn and took comfort in passing his dedicated customers on to her. Her customer base quickly grew in the greater Leavenworth and Kansas City area.
