A Wichita Icon. The Artichoke Sandwichbar. This Irish dive opened the doors to Wichita in 1984. A restaurant by day and a bar by night! Always the place to go for a delicious sandwich and great music. Over the years, The Artichoke became known as the place to catch acoustic music, especially on the weekends. It also became known for annual events such as our yearly fish fries and of course, St. Patrick's Day at the Artichoke is a Wichita tradition. Stop by for a cold Guinness and a friendly welcome; both are always on tap!
