Americas Best Value Inn Arkansas City

This place was a little over priced. There's cigarette burns in the sheets. Hairs on the bathroom floors. Found a dead bed bug. Our in laws stayed in room 120 and had a LOT of bed bugs crawling...

Absolutely horrible the water was wayyyy too cold. I always check under the beds at any hotel/motel and saw bed bugs and when I asked if they could fix it they said yes and never got back with me....

Our room was dirty with cigarette burns on the sheets, ice machine didn't work, wi-fi was broke, and the breakfast was blah... The coffee service in the room had not been replaced and was clearly...

Dirty, not enough towels, rude desk clerk. Spend same elsewhere! Reviews not accurate.

There were so many bugs and it was really disgusting. The bed sheets had cigarettes burns. No one came to clean until literally the last day we were there and we had to go throw out the trash...
