Founded in 1967, Leonardville Nursing Home provides a range of rehabilitation and health care services. It operates various nursing care facilities that include more than 55 beds, over eight apartments and garages. It specializes in adult day care, respite care and rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy programs. It also provides outpatient services for individuals suffering from strokes, fractures, surgeries and accidents. Its adult day care services include meals and snacks, therapeutic and social activities, administration of medication, and utilization of the beauty and barber shops.
