McDaniel - Tichenor House

On the National Register of Historic Places and a Walton County Landmark, the McDaniel-Tichenor House was once the home of Governor Henry McDaniel of Georgia. It was built in 1887 and remodeled in 1930 by his descendants. This home is now available for historic tours and special events for the community. The lush seven acres of manicured gardens welcomes guests to enjoy the beauty inside and out.
