In 2020, the second floor of the building was repurposed into a venue, by Travis Newell. No stranger to the event industry, Mr. Newell is also the owner of Unique Events, a respected event design and entertainment business. Highlights of the event space include the building's exposed brick walls, natural light, original metalwork, and stately pillars.
