Care is barely adequate, staff are caring but understaffed and not completely trained. Oxygen was withheld by not completing and following through with testing and then losing doctor orders....

The staff here regularly misses/skips/mixes up medications. THIS IS DANGEROUS! They make excuses and start giving residents incorrect medical advice/opinions, which they ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO DO....
