SureCare Services is a nonprofit organization that has been providing in-home care services for more than 15 years. It provides in-home care for the elderly persons. It also provides aftercare services for patients recovering from an illness. It offers a range of personal care services, such as assistance with bathing, dressing, personal grooming, meal preparation, housekeeping, grocery shopping and errands. SureCare Services offers 24-hour personal care assistance and in-home assessment services. The organization accepts referrals from various sources, such as hospitals, social workers, nurses, physicians, case managers, Cedar Valley Hospice and Hawkeye Area Agency on Aging. It is affiliated with The Western Home.
