Prepare to wait over an hour while salty attitude clerks fumble over how to use a computer. When your turn finally arrives you are greeted with negative Wenchy attitudes and your experience...

Its very irritating when you are trying to call the store and you have to leave a message for a call back! Let alone when you go into the store you have to wait an hour for service. I think NOT.
