Made apt online for pm to get passport done. show up here and they are closed until 1:30 for lunch. but says they are open online

I usually only drive by the box and drop the mail being sent out. If this was my only experience they would get a 5 star rating. BUT, Recently we went on a vacation and needed to do a hold mail....
