The Union Park Neighborhood Association (UPNA) is a grassroots volunteer organization in Des Moines, Iowa, dedicated to preserving and strengthening the quality of the Union Park neighborhood. With its convenient location and access to natural beauty, cultural destinations, medical facilities, and neighborhood shopping services, UPNA promotes the area as a desirable place for both individuals and families to live.

Comprising approximately 2,200 single-family dwellings spread across 96 blocks of land, the Union Park Neighborhood is bounded by Hull Avenue to the north, the railroad tracks to the east, Washington Avenue to the south, and the Des Moines River and 2nd Street to the west. As an independent entity separate from the city government, UPNA fosters neighborhood fellowship, resolves community issues, and strives to achieve neighborhood goals.
