The Tom-Tom Tap is a traditional 1950’s style Hotel Lounge. Step back in time to sit at the horseshoe design bar and enjoy a cocktail. The Tom-Tom tap serves a variety of domestic, imported, and craft beer. The full menu from the Second Street Café is available all day until 10pm. A limited menu is available until close, and we never stop making pizza! The Tom-Tom tap is a great destination for brunch. Classy joint. No fights I ever saw. Service sometimes slow but friendliness makes up for only ever having one employee. We have a friend in Ottumwa who is gay, and he says the owners know about it...
