The best ice cream you could ever ask for! The whippy dip is truly a gem. The cookie dough is homemade and in a league of its own. Definitely a must stop in decorah!

The Whippy Dip is a most stop for my family when we are back in NE IA during the summer. My kids even ask to go to Whippy Dip. Very affordable and never disappoints

A must-stop shop for a sweet ice cream treat! We enjoyed a twist cone and an M&M with hot five malt. Delicious! There is almost always a line and you need cash, but who doesn't love a local ice...

Good ice-cream. Cookie dough is a no go. Do not get the cookie dough ice cream. Go to sugar bowl instead.
