This is an interesting place. The Silver Spoon operates only on Sundays in the Roland Community Center. It's this community's twist on a pop-up restaurant. I'm not a big fan of buffet food....

I love to support small town restaurants. The food is usually the best. The salad bar was room temp. there was no ice in it. The hot foods were room temp. Eggs over cooked. The fish was frozen...
