I have lived here for 4 years now and there is no other student housing options that I would recommend in the area! Maintenance is very quick and the office staff is always helpful. I love it here!

The Quarters is the best place for students to live in Iowa City. A great staff with awesome amenities like the pools, hot tub, and gym. Highly recommend The Quarters for student housing in Iowa City.
