I've driven by here and never stopped because frankly from the street the place looks abandoned. And then Crazy Girl Yarn Shop closed, so I asked around and everyone said "try Knitting Shoppe."...

I've visited this shop several times and each walked out with little or nothing. The selection is so disorganized you HAVE to ask for help to find anything. That wouldn't be so much of an issue...

This is 1 of 6 shops we visited last weekend 4/27/2013 on the Iowa yarn shop hop. it was by far our favorite of the six. Edie was helpful and delightful. great selection of yarns.
