Terrible bank! I've asked to talk to a manager for months and they NEVER have one available. They screw up my payment and call me every month. Don't waste your time.

Horrible customer service. If you need assistance on your account, you get transfers to voicemail. They would put you on hold to get someone for you, but it goes straight to that person voicemail....
