Asked for a medium fade and I got the worst high and tight that I have ever seen. Not blended on one side and multiple clumps of un trimmed hair on the top.

The stylists here are nice enough, but they need to listen to what the client is asking for. When I walked in the door, my hair nearly reached my waist. I asked for a trim and a bit of framing...
