Very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Stay here a few times a year and never disappointed. They just got all new beds and they are comfy and soft.

The inside looks better than the outside My bed and furniture were newer- carpet looked a bit warn but it wasn't horrible. Breakfast is the standard make your own waffle, cereal, yogurt, etc.
